Terms of payment.
These terms explain how project scope, invoices, third-party costs, and cancellations are handled when working with InfluencersX.
Project Scope
InfluencersX provides campaign planning, creator sourcing, rollout coordination, distribution support, and related advisory services for client campaigns.
Project scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or a separate approval.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable upfront before campaign work, creator outreach, or reserved production slots begin.
If a project is split into phases, each phase may be invoiced separately and must be paid before that phase starts.
Third-Party Costs
Creator fees, paid media, software, platform costs, production expenses, or any other third-party charges are billed separately unless they are explicitly included in the approved proposal.
Clients are responsible for any transfer fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, or banking charges connected to payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, creator outreach has begun, or campaign capacity has been reserved.
If a project is delayed or cancelled by the client after work begins, InfluencersX may retain fees covering work completed, time reserved, and any non-recoverable third-party commitments.
